Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from Level Genius Media! We want to ensure that every step of your purchasing process goes smoothly including when things do not go according to plan. See our Return Policy below.

Incorrect Item

Within 30 days from the date of purchase you may receive a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs if your return is a result of an error on our part or if the book arrives damaged. You will also be refunded return shipping charges equal to the original shipping costs. 

In the event your product arrived damaged please photograph the damaged item and packing materials. Include photographs with your refund request email. Refunds will be processed once we receive the return item.

Carrier Return

Wrong Address: If the carrier is unable to deliver the items to the provided address, they will return them to us. This occurs when the shipping address provided is an address that is considered insufficient by the courier. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes! Once we are able to confirm the correct shipping address We can have the item reshipped, however customers will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Unclaimed: If an item is not collected at the local post office or a different pickup location, it will be returned to us. We can have the item reshipped, however customers be responsible for reshipment costs.

    Lost in Transit

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  If the tracking information indicates the book has been delivered, the refund request is void

    Customer Return

    If you have changed your mind about an item you have received, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the original purchase amount, less any shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
